DoYouHearTheMusic.com – Top Tracks of 2013 (well a good amount of them)
2 DecThanksgiving gave me a minute to sit back and have a little fun putting together a Top Tracks of 2013 playlist. This clearly doesn’t include all of the great music that has filtered our ears this year but it is a collection of music that has been on rotation for me in 2013. I tried not to duplicate artists (I could have gone on for days with whole albums from the likes of Vampire Weekend, Cayucas, White Denim, Bastille, etc.) so I hope you like this playlist which should keep you going for hours and perfect for some holiday road trips.
Cheers!
2013 Firefly Festival Lineup has arrived
19 FebThat Festival in Delaware, yeah Firefly has done it again with another solid lineup. From top to bottom fans should be jacked up about this one. Lots and lots of great up and coming bands. This is the week after Bonnaroo (which drops its lineup today too) so expect to see many similar artists.
If you want to watch the video, check it out below but just a warning, it is looooong.

My Thoughts on the Hangout Music Festival Line-up
10 FebPretty powerful line-up at the Hangout Music Festival, May 18-20, on Alabama’s Gulf Shores.
Jack White, Dave Matthews Band and Red Hot Chili Peppers are a solid trio of headliners that highlight three days of solid music.

Wilco – will be rocking in support of their new album
String Cheese Incident – never met a SCI show I didn’t like
The Flaming Lips – performing Pink Flyod’s Dark Side of the Moon

Dispatch – ah a year back together and in comes the festivals again! So exciting!
Steve Winwood – now this will be a fun performance
Allen Stone – everybody needs a little Allen Stone in their lives
Alabama Shakes – what more can I say, they are on FIRE!
Gary Clark Jr. – if you haven’t listened to this man, best do so now
G. Love – c’mon y’all know this is a must see
Michael Franti & Spearhead – YES!!
Young The Giant – energetic live performances
Cage the Elephant – look online for video from Lollapalooza 2011

Dave Matthews Band Caravan: Atlantic City June 24-26 Line-up
9 MarSo the June 24-26 Dave Matthews Band Caravan line-up for Bader Field in Atlantic City was just released and all I can say is, SICK as in what a group of artists as I start day dreaming about how great these three days will be. Tickets go on sale for Warehouse members March 14 and to the public on March 25. Check out the below for all the artists. I don’t know who to be most excited about, such an amazing group of musicians. What I do know is From Good Homes will be playing at the festival, love seeing the Jersey rockers on the bill as they just reunited in recent years after a decade hiatus.
