NOW PLAYING: MELVV – Nectarines ft. Royal & The Serpent

2 Dec

To be honest 2020 has been the year I listened least to my favorite thing, music. And that was validated by the Spotify end of the year stats. With a halt since my last show on February 28 I was struggling to get back into anything but the Grateful Dead. So for 8 months that’s about all I remember listening to outside of some country music. But then a burst of energy came and poof! I was ready to dive in and have been on a crusade to discover some new tunes. Here’s one of them, and already one of my favorites from 2020, MELVV – Nectarines ft. Royal & The Serpent . Stay strong, stay healthy and be safe. We’re going to be okay! Believe it!

Also out today, I’m excited about a new one from Steve Earle with the release of Terraplane, one of my latest obsessions of the last year, Elle King, releases her debut album, Love Stuff, Jose Gonzalez returns with Vestiges & Claws and a live album to snatch up, PhosphorescentLive at the Music Hall.
