Hands down one of the most amazing work opportunities I’ve ever had was getting a chance to bring The Beatles LOVE by Cirque du Soleil and members of the Las Vegas Philharmonic together for an incredible once in a lifetime performance at Life is Beautiful 2014. I could write for days all about the people who worked tirelessly on this project but I’ll do you one better; Thanks to the wonderful team at Cirque du Soleil, you can catch a glimpse of what went into making a crazy idea I had come to life for thousands to witness. If you were there you know what an unbelievable moment this was. If you weren’t, I hope this video paints a picture of what it was like on a lovely Sunday afternoon in Downtown Las Vegas. Life truly is Beautiful! Peace + Love + Music!
The Beatles LOVE by Cirque du Soleil performed with members of The Las Vegas Philharmonic at Life is Beautiful. Members of The Las Vegas Philharmonic performed a 40-minute tribute to The Beatles, playing original scores adapted specifically for Life is Beautiful under the guidance of The Beatles LOVE Music Director Giles Martin. The set included a captivating performance from LOVE featuring more than 50 dancers and aerialists from its resident production at The Mirage in Las Vegas.
