Heading into the holiday weekend so why not drop a new playlist a few days early. Hope you have some great plans this Labor Day Weekend and if you’re planning an end of summer bbq or hitting the open road, perhaps this little playlist will make it that much more enjoyable. A couple weeks ago I put up some new music from HAIM and today comes the music video for that song, “The Wire.” Check it out and be sure to mark your calendar for the release of their debut album, Days Are Gone, on September 30.
The self titled album from Nicki Bluhm & The Gramblers drops August 27 but lucky for you, you don’t have to wait to hear “Hey Stranger,” the second single off the upcoming album. This track along with the first single, “A Little Too Late” are bound to be on repeat for you for the rest of the summer. And if you don’t live in the desert like me where it’s hotter than hot, you’ll probably be jamming this in your car with the windows down.
