13 Nov

Today couldn’t be more of an exciting day at DoYouHearTheMusic.com as I can finally talk about Life Is Beautiful, a two-day music, food and art festival coming to Downtown Las Vegas in Fall of 2013!  I have signed on as Head of Music & Live Performances and am working with an incredible team at Aurelian Marketing Group, Another Planet Entertainment, MAKTUB Marketing and the Downtown Project.  This is just the beginning so hop on board, it’s going to be one amazing ride!

For more info on the music festival, check out this stellar story on the front page of the Las Vegas Review-Journal written by Doug Elfman.

Here is the official press release.

Great to hear about this festival. I run a blog called Beyond the Strip that focuses on Vegas local activities, events, personalities etc. I have been wanting to do stories on local musicians but can’t seem to figure out where to find some bands. I not really interested in DJ’s or electronic music. Would you have any insight or tips on where to go to find local musicians doing gigs? No matter how amateur the group or even if its a cover I’m interested. Your help is appreciated. You can view my blog at http://www.beyondthestriplv.com let me know at your earliest convenience. Great blog by the way. Love it and congrats on all your success, you are an inspiration.
