My New Music: Avicii – “Last Dance”

Have you had the chance to listen to Avicii’s new track “Last Dance” yet? Right now it’s only instrumental (and just released on Beatport today) but I have to say, I love it. And just as Spin Magazine points out, I can’t wait for when the vocal version comes out and just who is given the honors. Guess we shall see but until then, enjoy the next six and a half minutes and repeat.

Countdown to Bonnaroo: 13 Days – Artist of the Day: Florence + The Machine

Lucky number 13.

I’d say in the last year, year and a half Florence + The Machine have taken America by storm so it’s no surprise that Bonnaroo is the latest place Florence Welch and her band will be performing at.  I am fascinated by Welch’s voice and the sound she projects.  All I can think to myself is WOW.  Should be quite the show to see.
