I have to thank Brett Dennen, for the introduction to this band, The Belle Brigade. From the first time I heard “Sweet Louise,” I was hooked. Comprised of brother/sister duo Ethan and Barbara Gruska, their sibling relation allows for a seamless transition in vocals and harmonious sound on each track. An easy, breezy tone throughout the self titled debut album also makes for a perfect soundtrack to listen to under the summer sun.
